In the Overvecht neighbourhood, the local authority of Utrecht and COA will set up 300 temporary residences for asylum seekers based on the Plan Einstein concept. It signifies a place where wonderful meetings will happen. Where residents of the Utrecht asylum-seeker centres, people from the neighbourhood and other residents of Utrecht live together, learn together, and work together.
