Gelre Hospitals needed an IT environment with more scalability, flexibility and lower costs, and wished to move as many applications and systems as possible to Microsoft Azure. It accelerated its cloud strategy by changing to Datacenter as a Service, as its internal data centre needed to move to make room for extra beds.
