VINCI Energies acquires OPAL and strengthens its offer of mobility and supply chain solutions

VINCI Energies has acquired OPAL Associates B.V. (OPAL), based in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. The company specializes in supply chain optimization, strengthening VINCI Energies' industrial portfolio with logistics solutions.

VINCI Energies has acquired OPAL Associates B.V. (OPAL), based in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. The company specializes in supply chain optimization, strengthening VINCI Energies’ industrial portfolio with logistics solutions.

OPAL provides IT solutions for optimization, tracking and tracing and management of warehouses and transport of goods, automatic identification (barcode and RFID systems), as well as mobile data collection solutions.

With these solutions, OPAL supports its customers in their digital transition. They serve customers in the transport logistics, industrial production, wholesale, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries. OPAL will continue to operate under the Actemium brand soon.
