VINCI Energies is a knowledge organisation

It stands or falls with the people who work there. In knowledge organisations it is essential that there is room for all types of development. Development required by employees in their career, so that they provide the right added value to our clients on a daily basis. The same applies to development of knowledge or innovation, but also to the area of corporate social responsibility and the world in which we live.

A network organisation at the same time

One network organisation that works and is organised on the basis of its own management philosophy and values. Together with our employees they are the foundations of our company. In our autonomous business units, people are given plenty of responsibility and entrepreneurial freedom. The business units of our networks often work together in changing combinations. That requires a special way of working, networking, and working together. We train our employees in that too.

Training by experienced professionals

VINCI-Energies-Academy.nl is where all this comes together and where specific training is provided. Alongside experienced trainers, it is often provided by our own employees, for example project managers, board members, finance people, HR managers or managers of business units. This form of transferring knowledge and experience is a central aspect of the VINCI Energies’ culture.

Build your network in our organisation 

In this platform, learning from and with each other, working together, and building networks take centre stage. Therefore, we have decided to allow as many employees as possible from different business units to learn together and to get to know each other. This allows them to build their network within the organisation while getting to know the diversity of the services of our network organisation.
