VINCI Energies acquires Exipa

VINCI Energies announces it is acquiring the operations of Exipa Engineering and Maintenance in Drachten.

Today, VINCI Energies announces that it will take over the activities of Exipa Engineering & Maintenance in Drachten. Through this acquisition (asset deal), it strengthens its process automation and system integration expertise within Actemium, the brand of VINCI Energies for solutions in the industry.

Exipa, active since 2016 with 20 employees, offers both hardware and software engineering services to customers in the chemical, petrochemical and food industries in the north of the Netherlands. Exipa is a technical service provider with knowledge of all project phases – from planning to commissioning – and ensures the integration of process and production data in MES and support in PLC, SCADA systems. In addition, they have the expertise for designing and implementing operating systems and automation processes for efficient control of (production) processes.

This acquisition is fully in line with the VINCI Energies strategy to strengthen the Actemium portfolio. Exipa will continue under the Actemium brand and become the first business unit in Friesland.
