A greener Trivium due to the heat pump installed by VanderLinden

On the instructions of DHVM Vastgoedmanagement and Rosewood Real Estate Investment Managers, VanderLinden commissioned the first heat pump in the Trivium building complex in Etten-Leur. A nice moment where the first steps in the sustainability policy for these premises have been taken.

Buildings account for 40% of global emissions of greenhouse gases. VanderLinden supports its customers to reduce their carbon footprint to a carbon-neutral building. This means it must be energy efficient and self-sufficient and run on renewable energy, whilst water consumption remains limited.

At Trivium, VanderLinden started on site with the pipework. Together with the supplier of heat pumps, RENERGY, the heat pump was installed on the roof of the building. This system has a digital connection for monitoring and remote control. It marks the start of a greener Trivium.
