Bömer Engineering Services is an engineering company based in Apeldoorn since 1977. In addition to the engineering of control and regulation technology, with a team of specialists, they are particularly concerned with industrial safety. They are active in machine construction and in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Exinspect carries out inspections of production and process installations at risk of explosion in the oil and gas, chemical, pharmaceutical and mechanical engineering industries, as well as for biogas plants and sewage treatment plants/water boards.
Marc van Rooij, Perimeter Director at VINCI Energies: “The expertise of Bömer Engineering Services and ExInspect complements the existing portfolio of our Actemium business unit in Zwolle/Veendam that focuses on maintenance and improvement in industry. Together we can provide our customers with even better explosion-proof industrial solutions. It gives me great pleasure to welcome our new colleagues to our organization.”
The activities of Bömer Engineering Services will continue under the brand name Actemium and Exinspect will continue to serve the market under its own name.
