VINCI Energies expands its business line Infrastructure with high voltage engineering

Omexom opens her first location in the South of the Netherlands.

Today VINCI Energies announces that she will take over the engineering activities of Technip-EPG at Den Bosch. By means of this acquisition (asset deal), she reinforces her expertise in high voltage engineering within Omexom, the VINCI Energies brand engaged with the energy transition.

Since 1980, Technip-EPG Den Bosch has been providing engineering, consultancy, and inspection services to both regional grid operators and the national grid operator. This acquisition is thoroughly in line with the VINCI Energies strategy to expand her infrastructure portfolio by including high-voltage engineering. The service will promptly continue under the Omexom brand name.

Joop Wervers, Perimeter Director at VINCI Energies: ‘I am beyond pleased that we can welcome the employees of Technip-EPG Den Bosch to our organization. Their remarkable expertise in high voltage engineering is a welcome addition to our existing Omexom portfolio. This enables us to provide our various regional clients with solutions that are in line with the energy transition even better.
