“As a client manager, I have the final responsibility for the projects of a wide customer base in the local government segment. Entrepreneurship is encouraged at VINCI Energies in the brands and the autonomous business units. This is reflected in high levels of freedom and responsibility. We are given plenty of room to develop our vision and strategy ourselves.
Our network plays an increasingly relevant role in this. Before, we called in other companies, but now we get the same expertise from our network, especially from the Axians network. Good collaboration is crucial in this respect as well as speaking the samen language. And that’s what we do.
From our Beverwijk business unit, we are in the process of developling a data management proposition for instance, in which we also seek cooperation with other business units. By combining certain types of expertise very specifically, our innovative potential is increased, so that we can respond to changes in the market more quickly. I notice that existing customers are impressed with what we can offer via our network. They appreciate the fact that they have acces to a world of expertise via a single person.”
